How are shipping costs calculated? We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (Number of Items x Per-Item Cost) = Total Shipping Fee

How are items shipped? We use Standard UPS shipping for optimum savings to you.

Standard Shipping

• EXPECT YOUR ORDER AT YOUR DOORSTEP WITHIN 10 DAYS
• Items will be shipped via UPS GROUND
• Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 days

• Barbeque Cooler.com  will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. However, if, orders can not be fulfilled, Barbeque Cooler.com will notify within 24 hours of reciept.
  
• Barbeque Cooler.com  will ship all gift basket orders the next business day. All Picnic Time baskets will be shipped with in 48 hours.
  
  
• Barbeque Cooler.com reserves the right to alter sameday shipping during all holiday seasons. Barbeque Cooler.com  will use it's best efforts to notify you of such changes should occur.
  
  
• All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip code.
  
  
• Barbeque Cooler.com  will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. Barbeque Cooler.com will charge for any extra shipping charges billed to Barbeque Cooler.com  by the shipping carrier.
  
• Claims or requests will not be honored on gift returns due to a bad address.
• Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite/ apt numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
  
• Barbeque Cooler.com will charge for any returned shipping, address correction, package forwarding, or call tag charges, billed to Barbeque Cooler.com  by the shipping carrier.
  
  
• Returned gift arrangements will not be reshipped and a returned stocking fee of 25% will be charged.
  
  
• Orders returned due to errors on part of Barbeque Cooler.com will recieve a full refund.
  
  
• Barbeque Cooler.com  uses the same guarentees offered by the shipping carriers. Barbeque Cooler.com  will not honor claims for late deliveries that are not guarenteed by the carrier. Overnight and two day air deliveries are not guarenteed to remote delivery areas.
  
  
• Shipping Damage: Once shipping carrier leaves the docks, they become responsible for the freight. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. Note any shipping damage on the shipping papers before signing the receipt achknowledgement. Save all packaging materials and call or E-mail Barbeque Cooler.com  to arrange for creditor replacement or damaged products.
